Hardware features:


3.5GHz CPU, In Simulink, model segmentation and multi-task, distributed parallel computing are realized.  Maximum model cycle can support 1MHz, support typical 2-500 kHz model cycle.  


Slot chassis, cascading communication interface to achieve multiple machines in parallel.


The crankshaft signal simulation precision of special engine simulation board is 0.005°, simulation speed up to 50000r/min.  


Provide solutions for HIL testing of fuel cell engine controllers; 


The board comes with conditioning function, supporting up to 20A injection and motor signal, 5A solenoid valve power signal input.  


The board has the fault injection function, which can be accessed through iTEST-VSA  


All boards can self-diagnose 40 faults, facilitating system maintenance.  


Software features:

Modern UI Design, Ease-of-use to users

The software can access all configuration switches of the hardware board without any manual operation on hardware electrical wiring.  Graphical configuration of engine Crank, Cam, Knock output.  

Fuel cell controller HIL test application software is available.

Automatic testing software can build test cases by dragging and dropping, and third-party testing software can support remote monitoring software LabCentral to achieve unattended testing.
